That’s certainly a personal choice, but we have a few unique selling points: 1. We destroy your DNA and do not share or sell it to anyone. 2. We have a simple process and quick turn around time. 3. We offer dietary options in each report. 4. We’re not a corporate lab. We’re just a small family owned business that strives to make the world a healthier place.
Is your lab CLIA certified?
We contract only with the best CLIA, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, certified labs.
Why don't you provide a phone number on your site?
We are a small company that is owned and operated by practicing clinicians. We work best by email and will respond promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are working directly with practitioners in Canada, and the UK. You would need to order through their sites. Contact our help desk for more info - help@maxgenlabs.com.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our business, the only time refunds will be offered is after two failed attempts to extract the majority of data required. No refunds will be offered based on extended wait times. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
Do you have coupons or discounts for multiple orders or first time users?
We keep our prices low to begin with, so we do not offer any coupons or discounts.
Can you expedite my order?
We ship quickly, so we do not offer overnight options. Also, each sample is processed in a timely fashion. There is no way for us to make the process go faster.
